We want you to love your Lovely Aurora item as much as we loved designing, creating & wearing it. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we'll exchange it or give you a refund. All we ask is that that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

Within our warranty we are there for you. This means that we will take care of your product for 2 years from the date of purchase if there is any damage to the material or workmanship of the jewelry. Just contact us and we will find a solution together.
We work with top manufacturers to create handmade, responsibly sourced pieces that are built to last. We are confident in the quality of our product, hence the 180 day warranty. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost pieces, scratches associated with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modifications made by an outside third party.
