Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and return it to us undamaged.

To do this, simply fill out the return form and put it in the package. On the form you can tell us why you have returned the item to us

Send the items via a shipping service provider (we recommend DHL) of your choice to the following address:

Please make sure that you send the package back to us insured with proof of shipment. Once we have received your return and it has been recorded, you will receive an email from us with information about the credit. The credit amount will then be refunded to you via the payment method you used when ordering.

The buyer must bear the costs for the return shipment.

If you need to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will examine this on a case-by-case basis and refund the return shipping costs.

There is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price for items that are clearly worn.

In addition, all types of earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons. This applies to non-personalized earrings as well as personalized earrings.

Personalized items: Personalized items are non-returnable.
If your personalized item does not fit, you can send it back to us and we will send it to you in the right size (let us know which size you need on the return form ).

3 FOR 2: With the "3 FOR 2" promotion, you unfortunately cannot return a single item, as you received an item for free. However, you can return the entire offer within 14 days of receipt.

Note: Lovely Aurora is not responsible for returns until they reach us. Please keep your proof of postage and send your return insured with a tracking number as we are not responsible for returns lost or stolen in transit.
