When will sold out items be back in stock?

Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact date when sold-out items will be available again. This usually takes 1-2 weeks. However, we will keep you regularly updated about news about our items via our social media channels. Follow us here on Instagram.

What if a stone falls off?

In order to guarantee you the best quality, our zirconia stones are carefully set by hand and then the entire piece of jewelry is gold-plated. If the piece of jewelry you received has a stone that has fallen off, please contact us and we will take care of your problem immediately.

How should I clean my products?

You can regularly clean your jewelry of sweat and perfume residue using the included microfiber cloth.
